Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of “home for all” by 2022, when India completes 75 years of Independence was certainly the highlight of the budget, presented by our Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitley on 28th Feb. The Union Budget 2015-16 has allocated Rs 14,000 crore for the programme, which will work towards housing for all, including Rs10,000 crore for Indira Awaas Yojana.
A current trend has been noticed in this sector with the passage of time. Everyday new changes are being done within the available resources so that an investor could feel delight of getting more than the expectation. Builders of metropolitan cities are trying their best to attract the investors and home seekers. Understanding the need of our client and delivering them beyond their expectation has become the objective of Alpine Housing Groups.
With 16 completed projects and 18 years experience of, we feel proud to receive such compliments from our satisfied customers in the form of “Alpine Housing Reviews” and would like to share the same.
Review of a satisfied customer:
“At the outset thanks a lot for the NOC which has helped me start my interiors at flat number 105, Carnation block in ALPINE PYRAMID
I would also like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on our site engineer in Project Pyramid. He has been very helpful and responds to any issues or help that we need within minutes which shows his customer orientation and sensitivity. He has also been kind to note down any finishing work that needs to be completed and responds well. He has also noted down any damages in tiles or other damages in the flat like broken glass in bathroom while fitting was done originally which augurs well.
Overall my experience in dealing with him has been positive given that currently we are doing interiors and whenever any issues related to electricity supply arise, he helps resolve them.”
We will continue to deliver the quality service and wish to receive such “Alpine Housing Reviews” as a reward for our effort done in this field. We also hope that this effort of ours could help to make evolve India into a country where all possess a home of their own.
